On 15 March 2017, the Courtauld Institute of Art presented Res|fest, an evening of pop-up talks, performances and exhibits that celebrated research in art history, curation and conservation. I gave a gallery talk, Why Listen to Museums?, in Gallery 9 amidst the Institute's collection of 20th Century Futurist paintings. The Museum of Portable Sound was also featured at Res|fest, with visitors taking turns listening to the MOPS galleries.
